Change-of-mind returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that it is in good condition and returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or incorrect products: Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by law.

Order cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return after receiving it in accordance with this policy.

Refunds: For change-of-mind returns, refunds cover the value of the product only and do not include the original shipping costs. This restriction does not apply where shipping costs must be refunded under the Australian Consumer Law.
